Completely furnished with luxury appointments

The home is completely furnished including 600 thread count sheets, a fully equipped kitchen, and a brand new gas grill. The master bedroom has a stunning King-size poster bed and its own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, a large standup shower, and dual his and hers sinks. Sliding glass doors in the master open to the secluded and heated pool for private late night dips. A flat panel TV also graces the Master. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and shares the second full bathroom (with shower/tub combo) with the third bedroom and its twin beds. Two additional sofas in the common areas can also be used as additional sleeping spaces if desired.

Spacious, inviting layout for entertaining and relaxing

The spacious common area includes a 42 inch plasma TV with DVD player in the living room. A bright and cheerful sitting room off of the kitchen overlooks the pool area and offers a wonderful place to relax at the start or end of the day. A second couch adorns this area and sliding glass doors open to the secluded and heated pool. The open, airy kitchen offers plenty of space for entertaining and serving a crowd. Ceiling fans in all rooms are a nice touch after a sunny day at the beach! The laundry features full-size washer and dryer and a second full-size refrigerator for extra cold storage. Hurricane shutters and a full-house generator with 14-second auto start add security to your vacation in the event of a weather emergency.

Please compare this rental with the others out there! You will not find a more eloquently furnished home in this area for this price! For the price of a hotel, you can have all the amenities of a well-appointed and spacious home. We repainted the house inside and out, put in new tile and cabinetry, and completely re-furnished this house in 2008 with luxury appointments. You must see this house to appreciate its condition and the attention to detail that make it such a special place for us, and we hope for you too.
